
GROCERY LIST:
- 1 stick butter
- 1 bell pepper (diced)
- 1 Anaheim pepper (if you can find them)
- 1 yellow onion (diced)
- 1 splash white whine
- 2 cups half & half
- Cajun seasoning
- Cooked crawfish tails
- 1 package of rotini noodles
- Fresh chopped parsley
- Parmesan cheese
- Dash of Better than Bouillon (Lobster if available)
INSTRUCTIONS:
- Melt a stick of butter down on medium/low heat
- Raise the heat to medium, then sauté peppers and onions, adding Cajun seasoning
- When the peppers are tender and the onions are translucent, add a splash of white wine to deglaze, and cook down for a few minutes
- Add 2 cups half & half and stir until combined
- Add cooked crawfish tails and better than bouillon
- Bring to a boil
- Add in cooked rotini noodles
- Top with fresh parsley and Parmesan cheese
