
Quick hitter – 30 minutes tops. Super light and really good.
GROCERY LIST:
- Linguine
- 1 stick of butter
- 1 lemon (You’ll need the zest and juice)
- Olive Oil
- Fresh Basil
- (OPTIONAL): I like to pan sear a butterflied chicken breast with lemon pepper seasoning
INSTRUCTIONS:
- Combine a handful of basil with olive oil in a food processor and blend until smooth
- Melt a stick of butter in a sauce pan over low heat, adding the zest and juice of one lemon
- Boil pasta to al dente
- Add pasta and a splash of pasta water to your sauce, then toss
- Top with basil oil and fresh basil
- (OPTIONAL): Top with seared chicken
