NICK’S BURGER SAUCE

GROCERY LIST:

  • Ketchup
  • Mustard
  • Kewpie Mayo
  • Grillo’s Pickles (finely diced)
  • Spoonful of pickle juice
  • Splash of Worcestershire Sauce
  • Pinch of Cajun Seasoning

INSTRUCTIONS:

  • I’m a mustard guy so I like my ratio to be about 2 parts mustard to 1 part Mayo and Ketchup. I’d lead with whatever you prefer.
  • Combine the ingredients, and set in the fridge to cool while you’re cooking.
