This is my favorite way to smoke chicken wings. Pretty quick process and it always produces some crispy wings.
GROCERY LIST:
- Chicken wings
- Butter
- Seasoning of choice
INSTRUCTIONS:
- Prepare your smoker at 275F on indirect heat
- Smoke skin side up for approximately 50 minutes. Place larger wings closer to the heat source.
- Flip, heat to 300F, and smoke for another 10 minutes. Ensure the internal temperature is 165F before removing.
- Remove from heat and place into a large bowl
- Add melted butter, toss, and reapply seasoning
- Serve with choice of sauce
