SMOKED CHICKEN WINGS

This is my favorite way to smoke chicken wings. Pretty quick process and it always produces some crispy wings.

GROCERY LIST:

  • Chicken wings
  • Butter
  • Seasoning of choice

INSTRUCTIONS:

  • Prepare your smoker at 275F on indirect heat
  • Smoke skin side up for approximately 50 minutes. Place larger wings closer to the heat source.
  • Flip, heat to 300F, and smoke for another 10 minutes. Ensure the internal temperature is 165F before removing.
  • Remove from heat and place into a large bowl
  • Add melted butter, toss, and reapply seasoning
  • Serve with choice of sauce
