Cochon Butcher is another awesome lunch spot in New Orleans. If you’ve ever been to Barebones in Nashville, it’s pretty a pretty similar vibe. The butcher shop is not to be confused with their main restaurant, Cochon, that specializes in elevated cajun and southern cuisine, but it’s a damn good spot if you find yourself in the Warehouse Arts District of Nawlins.
