Noko is easily the most hyped restaurant of 2023/2024 in Nashville. Situated on the corner of of Porter and Eastland in East Nashville (right in the middle of the best 2 mile radius of food in the city), this wood-fired Asian inspired restaurant is a beast of an experience. My two pieces of advice to make sure your first Noko experience is great would be these:

1. Start looking for reservations now for next month. They are hard to come by. I booked mine two weeks out for 8:15 PM.

2. Come hungry. You’re going to want everything on the menu. Bring a friend, significant other, or a big group. Everything is shareable.

My experience was phenomenal. From first bite to last, there wasn’t a single thing brought to the table that I wouldn’t recommend. The staff is very knowledgeable, and the timing in which the food is brought out was perfectly timed.
